Company Profile

Above and Below the H2O is a locally owned and operated Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and dive contractor working out of Sacramento in Northern California since 1996.

Our main emphasis of operation has been inspecting and maintaining municipal potable water treatment plants, storage facilities, and their distribution systems.

State of The Art

We are involved with a number of different ROV endeavors. These include hydro and electrical production throughout northern California, research diving and underwater documentation of invasive and threatened species. We are a very progressive company utilizing the latest technology and training available. Our equipment diversity affords us the ability of underwater video or photography with a top side monitor, underwater communications and ROV's to address any task or challenge we are presented.

Safety and Liability

To complement our ROV and Dive teams, we have qualified medical specialists to train and assist with our safety programs. We are also led by a gifted management team that understands and envisions your needs for tomorrow's demands.

Above and Below the H2O is fully licensed and insured. Our emphasis is on quality with safety being a fundamental part of our daily routine. Municipal, Engineering, and Health Department references are available upon request.

Longstanding members of the Association of Diving Contrators, Int'l (ADCI) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA).
